- J Seymour Review added: 2019.07.11★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst salon I’ve so far come across in Brighton, I’ve used many of salons over the years and have actually used this salon for over a year but normally seen by a worker called Vanessa, Unfortunately she had to attend a family bereavement so was seen to by another member of staff, It’s my opinion that this staff member Nana had absolutely no qualifications or understanding of running or work in a professional salon once I questioned her technique which was completely different to Vanessa as I was told that I was being difficult again I state that I’ve been to the salon for over a year I was then made to feel humiliated and spoken to loudly within the salon by other members of the team as a paying customer I feel it is totally disrespectful and unprofessional to be treated in this manner and with now sadly say unless you’re seeing Vanessa to not go near the salon
