I decided to have some 1 to 1 pilates sessions, these have completely changed the way I see my body AND the way I practice yoga now too! Jonathan was so knowledgeable and gave me a much better insight as to what I've been doing wrong, as well as creating short personalised video's for me to practice at home daily. Pilates is now just as much of an essential practice as yoga in my daily routine. My posture is improving day by day and body feels so much more comfortable! Thank you Jonathan, I'll be back for a refresher in the spring :)
