Am now being forced to take legal action against them . Faulty product rubbish after care. Legs on table in wrong position so can’t get chairs under and one chair is broken , and this issue has been going on for months now . One very unhappy customer.

So again. Here I am. Replacement sofa delivered after 6months waiting and I have damages to it. The delivery drivers were useless. First time they delivered a dining table they scratched the floor and damaged the wall. This time delivering the sofa they again damaged the floor and took a huge chunk out of the door lining. After emailing and phoning still no one has the decency to get back to me.
Does anyone in this company actually care about the people who buy your products?
Where do I start. Sofa ordered in September. Its now nearly April and after delivering the wrong sofa you are yet still to deliver the correct one.
Dining table scratched when delivered. Two of the six dining chairs delivered scratched. The replacement chairs were also scratched.
Side table scratched.
After months of me constantly contacting customer services and assurances that you would deal with it nothing has happened.
I have now posted on your Facebook page and initiated a report to the furniture ombudsman about your total apathy and flagrant disregard for a paying customer.
I will never shop with you again and wish I had never set foot in your store. I urge everyone else to seriously consider their purchases from this company.
