My first time ordering from this restaurant the food was delivered cold however I decided to give them another go. Surprisingly the food was warm however half way through my meal I discovered a metal staple in my portion of fries! I immediately stopped eating and called the restaurant, at first the member of staff on the phone tried to play dumb and say they couldn't understand me. The second person I spoke with was incredibly rude and aggressive, said I had no proof and they don't do refunds. I was told that the manager, who I thought I was already speaking with, would call me however I never received a call. I managed to get hold of the manager the following evening, he was again rude, aggressive and I received verbal abuse down the phone shouting at me that he didn't give a s**t. The most funny comment he made was "what was wrong with the metal". All in all a very traumatic experience that ruined two of my evenings.
