I have been to many other centres and I am impressed at just how well this place is run. The floatation tanks are top of the range, the classes are incredibly popular and the instructors and staff are professional and knowledgeable.

The staff were excellent at helping you settle in to their very relaxed environment and the float itself was sublime!! I didn't feel that I was particularly stressed prior to climbing in to that pod but I was certainly 100% relaxed when I got out of it. An excellent way to declutter your mind and give your body the break it deserves. Would highly recommend.
