- Andy Buchan Review added: 2018.09.19★ ★ ★ ★ ★Most people who start classes are at beginner level but progress quickly. However, there is also lots for people who do have fight experience. Every class is a great work out with sparring and Krav Maga skills throughout. Paul is a great coach who spends time with all of his students and constantly keeps everything you do in a 'real world' context. All of the people who go are really supportive and there's a real vibe of everyone working together to make us all better.

Its also great for fitness even if you don't want to become the next Charles Bronson. There are no egos and Paul is an excellent coach.
